Our wish is to share our favorite flavors, while nourishing the body. Using mushroom as our main ingredient, our cuisine is based on the Mediterranean plant diet. We cook with love, using selected ingredients from small producers, based on the taste and quality of the raw material.
We also look for suppliers who embrace ecological practices, respect for nature and all living creatures.
Our aim is to leave the minimum possible footprint in the environment. For this reason. we use recyclable and biodegradable packaging. As well as eco-friendly cleaning products, with no test applications or experiments, on other living creatures.
